Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, creative, and driven Strategic Events & Partnerships Coordinator to become a vital part of our high-touch membership experience. You will partner closely with the Marketing Director to design and deliver extraordinary, high-caliber events that not only elevate our members’ experience but also serve as a key driver for membership growth. Every interaction and event you orchestrate will reflect Maverick’s reputation for exclusivity, personalization, and world class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and flawlessly execute sophisticated, invitation-only events for Maverick members and high-profile prospects.
  • Collaborate with strategic luxury partners to create curated, brand-aligned experiences that enhance prestige and attract qualified leads.
  • Conceptualize unique event themes that embody Maverick’s discerning brand identity and deliver a sense of exclusivity and privilege.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics with meticulous precision, ensuring every detail is flawless.
  • Serve as a gracious brand ambassador at all on- and off-site events, exemplifying Maverick’s culture of refinement, warmth, and discretion.
  • Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with members and partners, making every interaction personal and meaningful.
  • Drive measurable membership growth through strategic event initiatives and curated networking opportunities.
  • Track KPIs and guest feedback to continuously innovate and elevate the Maverick experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Luxury Experience: 5+ years in luxury hospitality, private clubs, exclusive events, or high-end venues.
  • Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed event-related revenue goals.
  • Polished & Personable: Comfortable engaging with UHNWIs (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals) and industry leaders.
  • Creative Visionary: Skilled in curating exceptional, unforgettable experiences that reflect the highest standards of taste.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Brand-Driven: Passion for luxury, design, and building meaningful relationships.

  • Technical Savvy: CRM and event software experience preferred.
